One-Stop Government in agriculture

The paper provides some of the interim results of the Fifth Framework PRISMA project dealing with the VITALFAN ANTICHUTE PROGRESSIVE impact ICT on government and citizen services in Europe.In the paper, the concept of one-stop government is described, the current state of the adoption of ICT both in Europe and the Czech Republic is briefly outlined and recommendations Pants for the Czech agriculture derived from the major trends within the development of the use of ICT for better citizen services as well as for enhancing competitiveness of rural businesses.
